Private SessionsWe pride ourself in safety and modifying the poses and practice to fit your individual needs. If you still need more help, inquire about complementing your yoga practice with semi-privates or private sessions with Dana Layon, ERYT. These sessions are intended to further your practice, allowing you to feel successful in a class format. Our intention is to empower you so you can find the class or classes that fit your needs. What we focus on in semi-privates or private sessions:
Semi privates are a minimum of 2 people, maximum of 4. Call Dana directly or email her to schedule an appointment. *If you have recently had surgery, are completing physical therapy for an injury or have any other health related issues that may affect our sessions, please let your instructor know. This will help in tailoring the session just for you. All sessions are 55 minutes long. Minimum of 1 session per week is recommended, two sessions are preferrd for maximum results. Pricing
